Each property featured in our collection has it’s own unique page that is promoted through various sources to give you targeted exposure to a discerning traveler audience. Your property profile page includes professional photographs, a description and rates, plus a listing of property features and amenities to appeal to the vacation traveler.

For busy or absent owners a dedicated property manager can be appointed to oversee the arrival and departure of guests and cover as much or as little as you need. From helping you to get the house ready for guests, to marketing and promoting your property. We will handle the property inquiries and can provide online payment services if required. Our property manager if you require one, at no cost, will be readily available for guests that may require assistance during their stay. After your guest completes their stay, the property manager ensures the cleanliness of each home direct or indirectly depending on your preferences. All options can be exploitable.

There is no exclusivity. You are not locked into any long term contracts and may stop renting at any time. You can work in tandem with other companies or on your own. We are confident that our approach will benefit you.

We provide professional photographers to photograph your house to maximize it’s potential as a vacation home and for use in our marketing, free of charge. Images can also be available for you to license for your own marketing.

We look after the day to day booking calendar inquiries, replying to all requests and liaising with you the owner or agent of the property. To secure the property dates we accept online payment deposits and will arrange the property rental contracts as well as a ‘Welcome to Barbados’ package.

Zero. There are no fees for being included in our collection. We work off a small percentage of the introduced customers booking payment. Please inquire for further information.
